Youth/Adult Summit - 2008
Walk in My Shoes

The 9th Annual Cherry Creek School District Youth/Adult Summit is  March 8, 2008 at Grandview High School . This event is open to 6th-12th graders and all adults.  Summit 2008 "Walk in my Shoes" is a student-led conference that builds trusting relationships between youth and adults in our community.

Want to attend?  You can register on-line. We also are working with each school to provide them a bus so you won't have to drive to Grandview.  Check back here as it gets closer to the Summit to find out if your school has a bus and who your coordinator is.

Want to volunteer?  We need over 200 volunteers to faciliate breakout sessions, register 800 youth and adults, serve food, and clean up.  This is a great opportunity for your school club, youth group, or neighborhood friends to do some Community Service.  Contact Volunteer Coordinator Shelly Caviness at shellyk23@hotmail.com if you'd like to help out.

This year's Volunteer Fair is HUGE.  Need community service hours or just want to volunteer for fun?  We'll have several fun non-profit organizations there for you to sign up with, or just check out.

Work for a school and want to help us out?  We have about a million ideas, but we're sharing just a few.  Be creative!  Be the school to have the MOST students, faculty, parents, and administrators at this year's Youth/Adult Summit.

Want to promote your business?  We give away a lot of good stuff....like gift certificates, logo items, trips, DVD players, CDs, etc.  If your business has this kind of stuff, send it our way and we'll promote your name.  Plus you're helping a good cause - KIDS!  Here's a letter explaining what we need.... How You Can Help.
